Preliminary Matters:

In accordance with the Tennessee Internal School Uniform Accounting Policy Manual, “the local board must approve accounts payable that will not be liquidated during the current fiscal year.” Obion County Central High School has submitted a List of Unpaid Bills that will most likely not be liquidated prior to June 30, 2010, and requests Board approval for this outstanding encumbrance. The goods, which total $14,000, were ordered in March, 2010.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the List of Unpaid Bills submitted by Obion County Central High School totaling $14,000.
